Refund policy
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of any incorrect or defective products within three days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Once approved, you must return your order within 14 days of placing your order. Return acceptance is at sole discretion of Direct Spa Essentials. IF ITS PRE ORDER ITEM AND THE ITEM WAS ALREADY ORDERED THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE 50%. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or damages.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Mask bowl set, waxing warmers, hair removal wax, sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Upon approval, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method, with a deduction of a 3.5% credit card transaction fee that was initially absorbed by us. Please keep in mind ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ONCE ITEM IS DELIVERED and that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
Our refund policy allows cancellations of an order within 24 hours of order placement. A credit transfer fee or online banking transfer fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
