We deliver throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery varies and starts at $40.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the options you choose.

Please also note that delivery rates for many items we supply are weight-based.

Kindly review product picture and description thoroughly before placing an order.

If upon arrival your purchase is found to be damaged , it should be noted by sending us an email. Report any losses or damages to Customer Service; support@directspaessentials.com

PLEASE ADVISE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ANY DISCREPANCY.

Guarantee covers any electrical defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 3 months. During this period Direct Spa Essentials provides you with free repairs and labour.
Should you experience a problem with any of your purchases, you can send an email to support@directspaessentials.com, thereafter, we will advise you accordingly.
This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, such as scratches, cracks or general wear and tear.
