Return Policy

You must notify Direct Spa Essentials of any incorrect or defective products within three days of receiving your order.  Once approved, you must return your order within 14 days of placing your order.  The product has to be packaged as received and unused in order to get a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. also SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order 24 hours before delivery or 24 hours after if it’s “pre order” item.

Return acceptance is at sole discretion of Direct Spa Essentials. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ONCE ITEM IS DELIVERED.  IF ITS PRE ORDER ITEM AND THE ITEM WAS ALREADY ORDERED THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE 50%

***Make special note: if the item is not packed correctly upon return and gets to Direct Spa Essentials damaged, opened, and unresellable, we will not be able refund you.

Shipping

For our instock items the processing time before shipment may take up 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item description, but we would do our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible.
